What is your shipping policy?

DOMESTIC

We currently only ship your order using United States Postal Service First Class Parcel Mail. Typical delivery times from when we hand-off the package to when it arrives at your door is 3-5 days. Packages are insured and tracked, with the tracking number being emailed to you when the Post Office receives the packaged.

INTERNATIONAL

We do not currently ship any orders internationally.


What is your return policy?

Returns only valid on full-priced items.
Items must be unworn.

Within 30 days: Full Refund or Merchandise Credit
After 30 days: Merchandise Credit

Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

Do your products shrink in the washer/dryer?

Short answer: It’s unlikely.

Long answer: It depends on which product you buy as not all our products have the same material make-up. Some of our products are 100% cotton, and they may shrink just a little bit, depending on what settings you use to wash and dry them. Others such as our 65% Polyester 35% Viscose blend should not shrink at all under normal washing conditions.


I ordered the wrong size… can I get it changed?

Yes, as long as your item hasn’t shipped yet, 9 times out of 10 we can switch it out with the size you want. Just shoot us a quick email at hello@unlessmfg.com and we’ll get it sorted out.
